How this works

  1. Administrators create an election for the relevant level (Chapter, League of Chapters, or National Headquarters). Users can also request an election be created and approved by an Administrator.
  2. An assigned Moderator adds candidates for the draft picks. Users can also request candidates to be approved by a Moderator.
  3. Users may sign up to choose their draft picks until the closing date/time for the specific election. Users can play any election available.
  4. The assigned Moderator must be physically present at the election to verify results and finalize them on this website.

FAQs

Q: How are pre-final points awarded (before the actual election)?
Points are awarded based on the number of votes the candidate receives on this website only.
Q: How are final points awarded?
+1 point will be awarded for each vote the candidate receives.
+3 points will be awarded for the candidate who wins the election.
+4 points will be awarded for correctly predicting all 3 roles for the election.
+2 points will be awarded for correctly predicting a Round 2 of voting for a role.
-1 point will be penalized for incorrectly predicting a Round 2 of voting for a role.
Q: How are Round 2 of voting points awarded?
Points for each candidate in Round 2 will be added to the Round 1 of voting points. For example, if a candidate gets 10 votes in Round 1 and 7 votes in Round 2, the candidate will have 17 points.
Q: Can I change my vote?
You can continue to change your vote until the closing date/time for the election.
Q: How can I request a new election?
Once you're signed in, you can go to https://btvdraft.com/request-election to request an election.
Q: How can I request a candidate to be added to an election?
At the bottom of each election page, there is a link to request for a new candidate.
